Rajganj, 15th November: A house fire broke out in Rajganj’s Gathiyaganj Village, near Fatapukur, on Thursday night. The incident occurred at the residence of Tariqul Mohammad, who was not at home with his wife at the time. Upon hearing the news, the couple rushed back, but two houses had already been destroyed in the blaze.
Reportedly, while attempting to extinguish the fire, Tariqul sustained injuries. Local residents initially tried to control the flames before a fire engine from Fulbari arrived to fully contain the fire.
Following the incident, Tariqul was taken to Rajganj Rural Hospital for treatment. Initial reports suggest that a short circuit may have sparked the fire.
