Darjeeling, 23rd March: Putting an end to all speculations, Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) Bimal Gurung President announced their party’s candidates for upcoming assembly elections while addressing a public meeting at Darjeeling’s Malay Dhura, on Tuesday.
According to Gurung’s announcement, representing the GJM Bimal faction, P.T. Ola will be contesting from Darjeeling constituency, Norbu G Lama from Kurseong, and Dr R.B Bhujel from Kalimpong. The party president greeted Ola and Lama with Nepali Topi and Khada, while Dr R.B Bhujel could not attend the event as he is in Kolkata.
In addition to this, the party’s General secretary Roshan Giri also presented their 34-point manifesto.
