Fulbari, 14th March: Mohammad Aleem, a resident of Adhikar Pally of Fulbari I Gram Panchayat (GP) near Sahudangi of Rajganj block is suffering from a complex kidney disease. However, due to financial constraints, the family is unable to get him treatment. In compulsion, the family members have appealed for help.
Reportedly, Mohammad Aleem supported the family by working as a labourer. The family includes his aged mother, his wife and two children. About three months ago, Aleem suddenly fell ill. During the preliminary treatment, it was found that both his kidneys were damaged and required lakhs of rupees for complete treatment.
In this regard, Aleem’s wife Salma Khatoon stated that about three months ago her husband fell ill and is unable to work since then. After undergoing dialysis for a few days it was stopped due to shortage of money. She added that the doctors have advised for kidney transplant which is an expensive process.
