Fulbari, 25th August: The overnight downpour on Thursday has severely flooded several areas of Fulbari. As a result, the local residents are facing severe difficulties.
According to reports, the residents of the Rajib Nagar area under Fulbari-II Gram Panchayat (GP) are facing immense problems due to water seeping into the houses. Additionally, waterlogged conditions in several locations, including Paschim Dhantala, Sipai Para, Chhobavita, and Kalangini, made it challenging for commuters to navigate through the road.
In this regard, the locals expressed dismay and complained that several areas of Fulbari were inundated due to the heavy rain. They added that poor drainage system resulted in flooding in the area every year and further urged for an urgent solution.
