Rajganj, 23rd February: A five-day fair commenced in Bodaganj on the occasion of the annual ‘puja’ of 51 Peeth Trisrota Bhramri Devi.
Reportedly, the fair began with the worship of Goddess Bhramri Devi on ‘Maghi Purnima’ of Magh month in Bodaganj of Baropatia Gram Panchayat under the Rajganj Assembly Constituency. On Friday, the member of SJDA and Social Worker Krishna Das officially inaugurated the puja and fair. In addition, the new Annapurna Temple was inaugurated and clothes were distributed to the underprivileged. Significantly, various cultural programs will be organized at the fair from February 23 to 27.
In this regard, Krishna Das stated that every year on ‘Maghi Purnima’ the annual ‘puja’ of Trisrota Bhramri Devi is organized. This year is the 52nd year of the ‘puja’. The festival has been organized with great pomp along with a five-day fair.
