Siliguri, 17th December: The final match of the Inter Frontier Football Tournament was held at Draunacharya Ground of Kadamtala BSF Camp under the initiative of BSF’s North Bengal Frontier, on Friday.
Indian footballer Bhaichung Bhutia was present as the chief guest in today’s final match. BSF North Bengal Frontier IG Ravi Gandhi and others were also present.
According to BSF sources, a total of 11 teams from the East-West region participated in the tournament. The first match of the tournament was played last Monday. The final match of the five-day tournament was held today between Gujarat and Meghalaya, where the former won.
