DYFI introduces National Register of Berozgaar for unemployed youth of the State

Siliguri, 16th January: During a press conference at Anil Biswas Bhavan, today, the Secretary of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) Sayendeep Mitra informed that the DYFI has brought National Register of Berozgaar (NRB).


He stated that the NRB form will be available online. After filling up the form, the DYFI officials will reach the individual’s home. The table will be passed on to the Prime Minister by the end of February after the names of the unemployed youths across the state have been registered. The tasks have started in all the districts since January 10.

The Secretary of the DYFI, Sayendeep Mitra, further stated that an Uttar Kanya campaign will be conducted on behalf of the DYFI regarding the problems faced by the youths and general public of all the districts of North Bengal, opening of closed tea gardens, minimum wages to workers, corruption in teacher’s appointment, and many other issues, on February 12.
