Siliguri, 06th October: Durga Puja Carnival is being organized tomorrow in Siliguri. Preparations for the carnival have started in full swing. Mayor of SMC Goutam Deb, held the last administrative meeting today to ensure the smooth completion of the carnival.
During the meeting in the Siliguri Municipal Corporation, the Mayor discussed various issues with the police officers and officials of all the clubs participating in the carnival.
After the meeting, Mayor Goutam Deb said that around 26 clubs and 4 cultural groups will participate in the carnival. The rules of the carnival, along with the venue and time of participation of clubs were discussed.
