Rajganj, 06th September: Since 16 August, the state government has been conducting the Duare Sarkar (government at your doorstep) camps, through which it is accepting applications for various welfare schemes and other government work, such as issuance of caste certificate. Ever since the camp started, crowds of people gather to submit their applications.
In view of this, the administration has made several additional arrangements for the convenience of people at Duare Sarkar camp in Fulbari. Apart from the 18 services scheduled at the Duare Sarkar camp in Kanchanbari of Fulbari 2 gram panchayat, free photocopy service, masks-sanitizers, breastfeeding centres, seating for senior citizens and people with special needs, drinking water, and tea shops run by self-help groups have been set up.
It has been learned that the Duare Sarkar camp at Amaidighi Primary School in Fulbari has been relocated and a camp has been set up in Kanchanbari.
In this regard, Rajganj BDO Pankaj Konar said that the camp has been shifted as the former place was not suitable. Five satellite camps were also held in the gram panchayat. Only Lakshmi Bhandar and Swasthya Sathi card services are provided in these camps.
