Cooch Behar, 17th March: On Sunday, Cooch Behar District Magistrate (DM) Arvind Kumar Mina held a press conference at the Cooch Behar DM office following the announcement of the finalized dates of the Lok Sabha elections.
According to reports, the Cooch Behar DM highlighted that the district administration was completely prepared for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections during the press conference. He added that the voting process in the Cooch Behar district will be conducted in accordance with the directions of the Election Commission of India.
Significantly, the total number of votes in the Cooch Behar district is 2,449,383. Additionally, senior citizens will be provided with home voting arrangements upon submitting their application for the services.
