Darjeeling, 09th June: Darjeeling Municipality examined the reasons behind the blockage of drains and lack of waste management in Homden as well as the Refugee Center area under Ward No. 31 of Darjeeling.
After the locals informed the municipality about the situation, Deputy Chairman of the Department of Conservation, Gopal Pariyar, and Sub-Inspector of the Department of Conservation, Rabi Tamang visited the area and assured to resolve the issue soon.
