The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), on Sunday, stated that a cyclonic circulation is stationary over the North-West Bay of Bengal including North Odisha Gangetic West Bengal coasts.
According to reports, the circulation is likely to move West-Northwestward over North Odisha and the adjoining Gangetic West Bengal and Jharkhand in the following two to three days. The met department also mentioned the formation of another fresh cyclonic circulation over the Northwest Bay of Bengal around the 18th of July.
