Coronavirus scare: 69-year-old Italian citizen dies in Rajasthan as the death toll in India rises to 5

The coronavirus death toll in India increased to 5 on Friday, after a 69-year-old Italian citizen died during treatment at a hospital in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is the first death of a foreign national in India due to COVID-19. The State Government had claimed that the Italian patient, Andri Carly, had recovered from the infection, three days ago. However, he passed away on Friday morning.
