Cooch Behar, 27th March: Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate Jagadish Chandra Barma Basunia submitted his nomination papers for Cooch Behar Lok Sabha constituency. During this, North Bengal Development Minister Udayan Guha, District TMC President Abhijit Dey Bhowmik and other party leaders of the district were present.
Reportedly, before filing the nomination papers, Jagadish Chandra Barma Basunia visited the Madan Mohan Temple and Natun Masjid in Cooch Behar. Subsequently, the candidate carried out a huge rally from Cooch Behar Newtown District TMC office, arrived at the Magistrate office, and submitted his nomination papers.
