Controversy erupts in Kharibari over BJP poster on ‘Amader Para, Amader Samadhan’ scheme banner

Kharibari, 13th February: Tension has arisen in Kharibari after a BJP poster was allegedly pasted on a banner of the ‘Amader Para, Amader Samadhan’ scheme featuring the Chief Minister’s image. The incident took place in Netaji Pally village.

According to reports, the BJP poster was affixed to the banner, prompting Trinamool Congress Block President Kishori Mohan Singh to accuse the party of misconduct. A written complaint has been lodged at Kharibari police station, demanding the arrest of those responsible.

Responding to the allegations, BJP leader Kalyan Kumar Prasad said such actions are not part of the party’s culture and claimed that Trinamool leaders and workers carried out the act to demand a change in Bengal’s allegedly corrupt government.
