Siliguri, 21st May: The Congress party paid homage to Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on his 33rd death anniversary at party office in Siliguri.
As per details received, the event was celebrated at Hashmi Chowk (Venus More) in Siliguri on this day. The Congress leaders paid homage to the former prime minister by offering flowers to his portrait.
Significantly, the event witnessed the presence of Darjeeling District Congress President Shankar Malakar, Jeevan Majumdar, Rajesh Prasad, Subrata Dutta, Sadanand Das, Kalakan Ghosh and several other Congress workers.
