Community hall of state’s Damai Development Board inaugurated in Mirik

Mirik, 04th September: A community hall of the state’s Damai Development Board was inaugurated in the Mirik Nirpani area of ​​Darjeeling district. Chairman of Damai Development Board Gangasagar Panchkoti inaugurated the community hall on Saturday. Members of the Damai Association were present.


It has been learned that the board is doing developmental work in different areas of Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts. A community hall was inaugurated in the Nirpani area of ​​Mirik on Saturday. This hall has been constructed at a cost of 9.5 lakh rupees.


Gangasagar Panchkoti, chairman of the board, said that the people of the area had been demanding a community hall for a long time. The hall has been constructed on behalf of the Damai Development Board. The board has undertaken several other development projects. Project work will be completed soon.
