Raiganj, 17th January: The Chhatra Yuva Utsav commenced at the Raiganj Vidhan Mancha. Raiganj Municipal Chairman Sandeep Biswas formally inaugurated the festival.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Vice-Chairman of Raiganj Municipality and President of Chhatra Yuva Utsav Arindam Sarkar, renowned educationist Swapan Pyne, educationist Nilmadhav Nandi, Vice President of Raiganj Panchayat Samiti Manas Ghosh, Arnav Mandal and many more dignitaries.
Around 300 contestants from different departments participated in the festival. Reportedly, the winners of the Raiganj Municipality Chhatra Yuva Utsav will be able to participate in the upcoming District Student Youth Festival.
