Jalpaiguri, 05th January: The Critical Care Unit was inaugurated at Jalpaiguri Super Specialty Hospital on Tuesday.
The unit was inaugurated by Rogi Kalyan Samiti (Patient Welfare Committee) Chairman and Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority (SJDA) Chairman Vijay Chandra Barman and OSD Susanta Roy. Hospital Superintendent Gayaram Naskar was also present.
Vijay Chandra Barman said that the 20-bed CCU will be set up at the Super Hospital. A 10-bed CCU unit was launched today at a cost of two crore rupees.
