Siliguri, 31st December: A horrifying accident surfaced from the Thakur Nagar area of Siliguri where a four-wheeler crashed into a residence after being hit by a truck near the Eastern Bypass on Monday night.
According to reports, the car was traveling from Ashighar More towards Gora More when a truck attempted to overtake it in the Thakur Nagar area. However, the car collided with the truck, causing the driver to lose control. The vehicle then smashed through a wall and crashed into a nearby house.
During this, a cyclist and three people in the car sustained minor injuries. Local police from NJP Police Station arrived at the scene shortly after the accident and initiated an investigation into the matter.
