Siliguri, 14th March: A fire broke out in a four-wheeler car that was parked at the Checkpost area in Siliguri.
It has been learned that the local traders first noticed the blaze, following which, they came forward to put out the fire and informed the fire department. Upon receiving the news, a fire engine reached the spot and brought the fire under control. However, the vehicle was completely damaged till then. The number of the damaged vehicle is WB-72-H-3976.
Locals said that the oil tank of the car burst into flames. Bhaktinagar police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
