Siliguri, 31st January: A case of a burglary surfaced from the Fuleswari Bazar area under Ward No. 24 of Siliguri Municipal Corporation.
Reportedly, roads and sewers have been under construction in the area for the past few days. A resident of the area named Sadhan Roy had kept the iron pipes behind his residence for the construction of the sewer. However, the materials were stolen from the area last night.
Roy stated that various theft incidents have been occurring in the said area for many days. A written complaint has been lodged at the Siliguri police station regarding the issue.
