Rajganj, 14th October: A distressing incident has emerged in Rajganj where the body of a woman was found in a pond by the roadside. The body was found on Monday afternoon in the Majhiali More area along the Rajganj-Gardra state highway. The deceased has been identified as Kavita Agarwal, a resident of the Rajganj Bazar area.
Local sources reported that residents commuting through the area spotted the body floating in the water. The Rajganj police were immediately notified and the officers arrived at the scene. Subsequently, the body was recovered and sent for an autopsy.
The police have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.
