Rajganj, 05th July: Sensation prevailed after the body of an unidentified woman was recovered today from the Fulbari Barrage. According to sources, the locals spotted the body floating in the water of the barrage. The NJP police were immediately informed.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and with the help of the disaster management team, the body was taken out from the water. At present, the body has been sent to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem. The identification of the deceased was not determined till the time of reporting.
