Siliguri, 23rd February: A voluntary blood donation camp was organized at the local club premises under the joint initiative of the Siliguri Mahakal Pally Vidyachakra Sporting Club and a private blood bank organization.
It was reported that around 50 units of blood were collected during the camp. Ward No. 44 Councillor Pritikana Biswas was present in the event. The club members stated that such an initiative has been taken to prevent blood crisis during emergencies.
