Rajganj, 14th August: A blood donation and a health check-up camp were organized under the initiative of the West Bengal State Employees Federation Rajganj Block Committee and with the assistance of Rajganj Rural Hospital.
A blood donation and health check-up camp were organized at Kukurjan Primary Health Center in Rajganj block on Saturday. The camp was inaugurated by Dr Ramendranath Pramanik, CMOH of Jalpaiguri District.
According to organization sources, the target is to collect around 100 units of blood. The collected blood will be sent to Jalpaiguri Blood Bank.
District Deputy Health Officer Jyotish Chandra Das, Dr Kalyan Kumar Mukherjee, Block Health Officer Shubhdeep Sarkar, Gopal Ghosh, and other health workers were present at the camp.
