BJP’s Parivartan Yatra begins in Siliguri with prayers at Khatu Shyam Temple

Siliguri, 10th March: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched its Parivartan Yatra in Siliguri on Tuesday, starting with a prayer ceremony at Khatu Shyam Temple on Sevoke Road.


The yatra moved through various parts of the city, passing through Matigara and reaching Naxalbari. BJP leaders and workers, including MLA Shankar Ghosh, Sikha Chatterjee, and Deepak Barman, participated in the event.

During the procession, a public meeting was held at Hashmi Chowk, where party leaders targeted the Trinamool Congress government. Leaders raised issues including recruitment scams, women harassment, and other state-level concerns, urging for a change in government.
