Rajganj, 28th August: BJP leaders and supporters in Belakoba were detained during a protest rally in support of the party’s 12-hour Bengal bandh.
According to reports, the demonstration was led by Nakul Das, the Jalpaiguri district president of BJP’s Kisan Morcha, along with other party members and supporters.
Upon receiving the information, local police from the Belakoba outpost arrived at the scene and arrested several, including Nakul Das. The entire incident is under further investigation.
