Siliguri, 23rd August: On Wednesday, the Kalchini Mandal Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) demonstrated at the premises of the Kalchini police station in Alipurduar district, demanding the death penalty of the culprit accused of killing the schoolgirl in Matigara, Siliguri.
According to reports, the demonstrators raised their voices, urging the authorities to provide justice for the minor who was brutally killed in Matigara. In this regard, Kalchini Mandal President of BJP, Uttam Lama expressed rage and demanded strict punishment of the culprit involved in the brutal murder of the minor.
It is seen during last a few years this type of horrendous crime all over West Bengal due to slackness of Police administration and other unknown political factors. But the victims are the common people. So the accused should be punished rigorously.
