Siliguri, 11th December: During a press conference at the BJP district office, BJP leader Rahul Sinha expressed outrage over the role of the state government.
He said that Ulen Roy was deliberately killed in the Uttarkanya Abhiyan. He stated that they would punish the BJP workers who were involved in the incident.
He also said that the state government had earlier filed a case against Bimal Gurung and his associates for killing a police officer. Despite this, he raised questions regarding how Gurung and others are roaming around freely. He further said that once the BJP will come to power after the assembly polls, they will solve all the problems in the hills.
