Birth anniversary of Indira Gandhi observed in Siliguri

Siliguri, 19th November: Indira Gandhi’s birth anniversary was observed with great pomp under the joint aegis of Siliguri Municipal Corporation and Indira Gandhi Smriti Raksha Committee. SMC Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar, Chairman Pratul Chakraborty and others paid tribute to the ‘Iron Lady of India’ by garlanding her statue at Dabgram Siliguri Ward No. 23. During this, Mayor Council Shobha Subba, Councilor Ranjan Sil Sharma and Kalyan Raha from Indira Gandhi Smriti Raksha Committee and others were present.
