Rajganj, 22nd September: A motorcycle rider, identified as Sudeb Pal, was severely injured after he was hit by a government bus at the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway Bandhunagar area. He is reportedly a resident of the Rangapani area.
According to local sources, Sudeb was hit by the speeding bus when he was heading towards Siliguri on his motorbike.
Upon receiving the news, the Ambari outpost police reached the spot shortly after and rushed him to the hospital. Meanwhile, the Police have seized both the vehicles involved in the accident.
