Siliguri, 30th September: Bhaktinagar police arrested a youth with banned intoxicating tablets. The arrested accused has been identified as Sanjit Sannyasi (26).
On Wednesday evening, based on a tip-off, the police under the leadership of IC of Bhaktinagar Police Station Amaresh Sinha raided the area adjacent to Amtala Bottle company in Ward no-41. Police arrested Sanjit Sannyasi with 580 pieces of banned intoxicating tablets.
He was produced at Jalpaiguri court today.
