Siliguri, 22nd October: The Bhaktinagar police arrested a person with 5 kgs of cannabis. The arrested accused has been identified as Ashik Biswas.
It has been learned that the Bhaktinagar police recovered cannabis from a shop in the Shastrinnagar area of Ward No. 41 under Siliguri Municipal Corporation. A case has been filed against him under the NDPS Act and was sent to Jalpaiguri court.
