Siliguri, 05th August: The Bhaktinagar police, based on a tip-off, raided the BSF Road pipeline area and recovered a large quantity of domestic and country-made liquor. One person, identified as Kobin Chettri (31) has been arrested in the incident.
According to police sources, Kobin Chettri was running the illegal liquor trade behind a fast food shop in the BSF Road Pipeline area. He was produced at the Jalpaiguri court today.
