The meeting was chaired by GNLF Central Committee Vice-Chairman Kishor Gurung and conducted by the secretary of the organization Dhiraj Rai.

Following the state’s Covid restrictions, only the members of the Central Committee were present in the meeting. Apart from Gurung and Rai, the party’s Central Committee member Biren Lama, General Secretary S. K. Lama and party media cell in-charge Dinesh Sampang were also present.
