Naxalbari, 24th January: The primary and pre-schools of the Maniram Gram Panchayat of Naxalbari in association with the Ketugabur Jote Primary School hosted an annual sports competition.
According to reports, students from 15 primary schools and 9 pre-schools actively participated in the competition. The event commenced after its inauguration by Siliguri Mahakuma Parishad Sabhadhipati Arun Ghosh, flag hoisting, and singing of the national anthem.
During this, Panchayat Pradhan Gautam Ghosh, Upa Pradhan Ranjan Chikbaraik, and others were present. The winners of the competition will participate in Naxalbari Chakra and later proceed to the district-level games.
