Ambari Ranger and social worker assist in the marriage of an underprivileged woman in Rajganj

Rajganj, 26th February: In a commendable initiative, the Ambari Ranger Alamgir Haque and social worker Debashish Sardar extended a helping hand to the daughter of an underprivileged family.


Jharna Sikhda, a resident of the Ambari Mahamaya Colony under the Binnaguri Gram Panchayat of the Rajganj block, lived with her son and daughter. A few days prior, Jharna’s daughter got engaged to a man and was to be wedded. However, due to a financial crisis, Jharna was unable to make the arrangements for her daughter’s marriage. She further tried to fund the wedding by collecting donations; however, the money could not suffice the wedding.

Upon learning of the issue, Ambari Ranger Alamgir Haque and social worker Debashish Sardar came forward and offered financial aid to the family for their daughter’s wedding. As a result, the family and the local residents were elated and expressed their gratification to Alamgir Haque and Debashish Sardar.
