Uttar Pradesh, 11th January: 20 people are feared dead, while 25 people are said to be injured in a horrific bus accident that took place, on Friday night. in Uttar Pradesh’s Kannauj district.
As per the report, the bus was traveling from Farrukhabad to Jaipur when it collided head-on with a truck near Dewar Marg in Kannauj. As soon as the collision occurred, the diesel tank of the bus caught fire and spread so fast that many people did not get a chance to get out of the bus.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed condolences and announced that the families of the deceased would receive 2 lakh rupees each. The injured will receive 50 thousand rupees each.
