Siliguri, 24th January: The NJP Police arrested 2 miscreants accused of stealing and selling a pick-up van.
It was reported that a Bolero pick-up van was stolen and a complaint had been lodged at the NJP Police station on January 18th. Based on the complaint, an investigation was launched by the NJP Police. After conducting operations in various areas, the Police finally arrested the 2 miscreants, Mithun Barman from Boxirhat, Assam and Prasenjit Das alias Bhutu from Kumargram.
The Police sources stated that the duo was involved in various anti-social activities for a long time. The arrested accused will be presented at the Jalpaiguri court, on Friday.
