Siliguri, 14th February: On Saturday, the 155th birth anniversary of Thakur Panchanan Barma is being observed across the entire state. Tourism Minister Goutam Deb laid a wreath and paid homage to the statue at Siliguri Noukaghat more.
Apart from this, the Minister presented various sayings of Barma to the general public during the programme.
