Siliguri, 17th April: In a tragic incident, a youth from Chayanpara area of Ghogomali in Siliguri was found hanging at his residence. The deceased youth has been identified as Avik Pal.
As per reports, the youth lived in a rented house with his father, mother and sister in that area for several years. Sources revealed that the youth had been addicted to online gaming. He allegedly took money from his father’s bank account and used that money to play online games.
Tragically, on Wednesday night, the youth’s hanging body was recovered from the house. After the incident, Ashighar Outpost police were informed. The police reached the scene, recovered the body and sent it for autopsy.
