Maynaguri, 04th October: A young man lost his life after being hit by a train in the Kalibari area near Maynaguri Road, on Monday morning. The deceased has been identified as Sanjeev Roy of Dangapara.
Upon receiving the news, Maynaguri police and GRP police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it to Jalpaiguri Sadar Hospital’s morgue for autopsy. Police have started an investigation into the whole incident. The incident has cast a shadow of mourning over the area.
