Rajganj, 13th January: A youth identified as Bhajendra Kongar (26) of Maynaguri, was arrested by the Rajganj Police with stolen goods and cash.
According to the police, on December 11, two truck tyres and some cash were stolen from Fatapukur area under Rajganj block. Based on the F.I.R registered, the police arrested the accused from Mekhliganj in Cooch Behar.
The stolen tyres and Rs 4,500 cash were recovered from his house. The accused was presented before Jalpaiguri court today.
