Siliguri, 13th September: A blood donation camp was organized on Sunday at Siliguri’s Kanchenjunga Stadium under the initiative of the Darjeeling district branch of the State Co-ordination Committee of West Bengal Government Employees’ Association.
Reportedly, the blood collected during the camp has been sent to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital.
Tapas Sarkar, President of the Siliguri Sub-Divisional Council, was present as the chief guest today. Besides, State Co-ordination Committee’s Darjeeling District Secretary Mrityunjoy Sarkar and other members were present during the camp.
