We will turn Bengal into Sonar Bangla, HM Amit Shah addresses a public rally in Shaheed Minar Kolkata

Kolkata, 01st March: Union Home Minister Amit Shah while addressing a massive public rally at Kolkata’s iconic Shaheed Minar ground on Sunday, took a jibe at the TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee. He stated that the BJP is starting the ‘Aar Noi Annay’ (we will not tolerate this injustice) campaign from today on.

Shah went on to describe the campaign as a fight to defeat autocratic forces in Bengal. “I want to tell every Bengali today that we won’t accept any injustice anymore.” Shah went on to assure every person from the minority class that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) only provides citizenship, and takes nothing away.

“When we came here for the election campaign, permissions were denied, stages were vandalized and false cases were filed. More than 40 BJP workers lost their lives, but even after all this, Mamata di could you stop us?” the Union Home Minister took a jibe at Banerjee.

The Union Home Minister also accused the CM of not allowing to implement the Central Government scheme in which a sum of 6 thousand rupees is provided to the poor farmers of the State. He pointed out that the Communist Government had left Bengal at a debt of 1.92 lakh crore rupees, and now during the Mamata Banerjee Government, Bengal is in debt of 3.75 lakh crore rupees.

Shah claimed that the ‘Sonar Bangla’ will not be formed under the Mamata Government. He urged the people to bring BJP to power and in five years, they will make the dream come true.

Earlier, Amit Shah during the NSG inaugural ceremony in Rajarhat, hinting at the Trinamool said, “it is the work of NSG to develop fear in people who think and work towards dividing and disrupting peace in our country. And if these people still don’t stop, then NSG should retaliate.”
