Rajganj, 9th June: The nomination filing process for the upcoming Panchayat elections has started today, following which, the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) candidates filed their nominations in BDO Office, Rajganj.
According to reports, BJP has filed 11 nominations as Panchayat candidates. However, the party alleged that, if the filing of the nomination process was done timely, more nominations could have been filed.
Speaking in this regard, BJP leader Debashish Dey stated that, as desired by them, 50 nominations could not be filed because of an alleged delay in the process. Additionally, he expressed support for the peaceful process of filing of nominations the next day.
