Siliguri, 10th June: If the willpower is strong, no boundaries can stop anyone from achieving their goal. Setting a perfect example, Siliguri’s Renessa Das despite being visually impaired, emerged topper in her school. She lost her sight at the tender age of three years. Against all odds, she secured first position in Siliguri Girls High School with 484 marks in her higher secondary examinations. She aspires to become a WBCS officer in the future.
Renessa Das, an arts student of Siliguri Girls High School, is a resident of Ward No. 38 of East Vivekananda of Siliguri. Apart from studies, Renessa is also interested in writing songs, poems, and stories. The school teachers including their parents are very happy with her results. Renessa’s mother Barnali Das appealed to the government or any volunteer group to support her on her further journey.
