Siliguri, 16th January: Ward Utsav ‘Unmesh-2020’ was inaugurated in Siliguri’s Ward No. 17, today. Through a gleeful procession, the Ward Utsav was inaugurated in the presence of Minister Goutam Deb, Opposition Leader Ranjan Sarkar and the residents of Ward No. 17 of the Siliguri Municipal Corporation.
The Ward Utsav commenced, yesterday, in the Baghajatin Club Hall and a procession was taken out, today, which was attended by the children of the ward. Many children participated in the procession. Under the Ward Utsav, various competitions will be organized until the 20th of January.
