Siliguri, 18th January: Ward Utsav “Sang Saptak” commenced in Ward No. 37 under the Siliguri Municipal Corporation which toured various parts of the city.
A grand procession was held in the city. Councilor Ranjan Shil Sharma began the procession by releasing white pigeons and balloons. Ward No. 40 Councillor Satyajit Adhikary and the party leaders were present during the procession.
